App Privacy Policy

Space Gravity, Inc. (“Space Gravity,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Glydsphere mobile application (the “App”) handles information when you use the App in connection with compatible Glydsphere hardware products, including the Glydcore system and related hardware components.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

 

1. Information We Access and Process

The Glydsphere App is designed primarily as a hardware control interface and does not require user account registration or personal profile creation.

To provide core functionality, the App may access and process limited technical information.

Bluetooth Device Information

The App uses Bluetooth Low Energy (“BLE”) to discover, connect to, and communicate with compatible Glydsphere hardware devices.

This may include:

  • Bluetooth device identifiers
  • device names
  • nearby compatible device discovery information
  • connection status and reconnection state
  • firmware version information
  • technical communication state information

This information is used solely to:

  • discover compatible hardware
  • establish and maintain device connections
  • enable communication with Glydsphere hardware
  • transfer operational data
  • support firmware updates
  • restore device connections when appropriate

We do not use this information for advertising, profiling, or user tracking.

 

 

2. Bluetooth and Location Permissions

The App requires Bluetooth access to function.

Because certain mobile operating systems may require location-related permissions to support Bluetooth device discovery functionality, the App may request Bluetooth and location permissions.

However:

  • the App does not use GPS functionality
  • the App does not determine your geographic location
  • the App does not collect location coordinates
  • the App does not store location information
  • the App does not transmit location information to Space Gravity or third parties

Location permissions, where requested, are used solely to enable Bluetooth device discovery and connection functionality required for operation of compatible Glydsphere hardware.

 

 

3. Background Bluetooth Functionality

To maintain reliable communication with compatible hardware devices, the App may continue limited Bluetooth communication in the background where supported by your device operating system.

This may include:

  • reconnecting to previously connected Glydsphere hardware
  • maintaining active device communication
  • supporting system functionality during app lifecycle transitions

This functionality is used exclusively for operation of the Glydsphere system.

 

 

4. Cloud Services

The App uses Google Firebase services solely for operational functionality.

Firebase Storage

Firebase Storage is used to host and deliver application-related operational files, including firmware updates and related content required for Glydsphere hardware functionality.

The App does not use Firebase for:

  • advertising
  • behavioral profiling
  • analytics
  • marketing attribution
  • crash reporting
  • user tracking

Firebase infrastructure may generate technical operational identifiers necessary for service delivery. These identifiers are not used by Space Gravity for advertising, cross-app tracking, or user profiling.

 

 

5. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not require user account registration and does not intentionally collect personal information such as:

  • name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • billing information
  • payment information
  • mailing address
  • GPS location data
  • health data
  • photos
  • videos
  • microphone recordings
  • contacts
  • messages

The App does not contain advertising SDKs or analytics tracking systems.

 

 

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share App data with advertising networks, marketing platforms, or behavioral profiling providers.

Operational technical data may be processed only as necessary through service providers supporting App functionality, such as Firebase infrastructure used for content delivery.

 

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect App-related information used for operational functionality.

However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

 

 

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 16.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe personal information has been provided by a child, please contact us.

 

 

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Changes become effective when the updated version is posted.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
